PREPARE
This program is set up in a way that it is very customizable. You can do it anywhere from 3 to 6 days a week. The most important thing to remember is that you want your children to think that this is something fun and not something hard. In order to help my kids to feel like they are in control of their workout I always have a selection of 2 or 3 activities at a time that they can choose from. This helps them realize that exercise is something that they can enjoy and that there are different ways in which to exercise. Plus, when they feel like they are in control they are much more willing to continue the program. Remember the goal is to make this fun. We want them to be adults who LOVE to exercise.
